A government advisor has warned that having a garage for more than one car is bad for the environment and "not acceptable". Speaking at the Edinburgh Science Festival, sustainability expert Stefanie O'Gorman said that construction of houses with double garages drove her "bonkers".
But do people even need two cars? To help us reach our Net Zero target, shouldn’t we learn to live with just one?
