Potato Wedges is a kind of fried potato. All people like potato wedges but children like it most. This recipe can be made very quickly and it is very tasty.

Ingredients:
Potato - 6 pcs
Salt
Oil
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Flakes - 1 teaspoon
Maida - quarter cup
Cornflour - 1 tablespoon
Mix Herbs -1 teaspoon
Rosemary - 1 teaspoon

I made this for 3 people and using the aforementioned things. if you tried to do this recipe for more than 3 or less than 3 you have to change the amount of ingredients as per.
