The expedition presses deeper into the Island of Visages, a fractured gallery said to house one of the Axons whose chroma essence is vital to breaking the Paintress’ barrier. After the Overseer’s cryptic welcome, the land reveals itself in deliberate compositions—each region curated like a living canvas, themed and emotionally charged.

Their path first opens into sunlit meadows washed in warm yellow tones, where trees and fields glow with an inviting brilliance. This radiant section culminates in an encounter with the ever-smiling mask, Jovial Moissonneuse, whose cheer feels carefully painted rather than earned.

From there, the palette shifts dramatically. The group descends into shadowed blue forest halls steeped in sorrow. This somber passage leads to the Sorrowful Chapelier, a figure of profound melancholy whose presence suggests grief given form.

With each mask encountered, questions mount. How many faces does this island wear? Who orchestrates these emotional tableaux? And behind these layered brushstrokes of joy and sorrow, what unseen hand truly commands the Island of Visages?
