Hello, this is Nick with Albert Air and today we are looking at a 3 TON CARRIER INFINITY VARIABLE SPEED CONDENSER that we just installed. I am going to go though this installation and show you what we did and discuss some of the features and benefits of this system. I will also let you know about all of the Rebates this system got.

So, lets get right into this system. THIS IS A 3 TON CARRIER INFINITY VARIABLE SPEED CONDENSER, MODEL # 24VNA636A003. THIS IS GOING TO BE THE BEST SYSTEM YOU BUY IN TERMS OF EFFICIENCY, COMFORT AND QUIETNESS.

IT’S EFFICIEINCY IS 22+SEER2 in the 3 ton size. The efficiency is based on the matchup with the indoor furnace and coil. And in this case we matched it with the Carrier Infinity Variable Speed 95% ULN furnace 59CU5A and Carrier Infinity control thermostat making it a fully communicating variable speed system.

This condenser has 75 speeds from 25% capacity to 100% capacity in 1% increments. It talks with the indoor furnace and thermostat to determine the most efficient way to cool your house.

It will also use the temperature and humidity indoors and outdoors at sensor to help it run smoothly making your house a more even and comfortable temperature throughout the day.

IT’S SOUND RATING IS 53 DECIBELS ON LOW SPEED AND 62 ON HIGH SPEED.

IT’S DIMENSIONS ARE 35 INCHES WIDTH BY 35 INCHES DEPTH BY 47 INCHES HIGH. It needs to have proper clearances in the back, front and sides of the unit for it to operate efficiently.

This condenser has max circuit amps of 20 amps. That means it uses a 20 amp two pole breaker at the panel, with #10 wire running to the disconnect with 20 amp fuses.

Because this system is Carrier Top of Line system it qualifies for a lot of rebates.
1 – It gets a $1,700 Carrier cool cash instant rebate
2 – It gets a $600 rebate from Anaheim Advantage Services
3 – It gets a $600 federal tax credit
4 – And because this system uses a 95% furnace it gets a $276 rebate from SoCal Gas.
