Fernando Lamas! Vilja!

I'm expecting many shots "over the bow!" OK! Not the "Villa, ("Vilja,) " of the original opera! Hollywood will do as they want. In the original opera this was sung by the heroine. Here we see Mr. Lamas doing the honors. No Placido Domingo, but he had a fine voice, and acted and conducted himself admirably in this role.
Fernando Lamas! - "When a person has an accent, it means he can speak one more language than you" — when Johnny Carson teased him about his accent during an appearance on The Tonight Show! Tremendo Tipo y como Canta!!!
