Today in our village, we cook the traditional palm leaf chicken recipe by using palm leaves. Basically, the palmyra tree is the state tree of Tamil Nadu because the palmyra tree is everywhere in Tamil Nadu. Our Village peoples lifestyle together with palmyra trees. We use palmyra for building homes, as food and to earn money too.

Today we use palm leaves to cook. After the cook, the chicken fry is tastiest than ever because the aroma of the palm leaf is marvellous!
