Power of the Holy Spirit

Continuing to feel the work of the Lord in my life.. the Holy Spirit came upon me unexpectedly while I drove to work today... It was amazing and holy and I felt more peace, more strength, more faith, more hope, more EVERYTHING! I walk the earth differently now... I realize more and more that Jesus has completely washed me of sin. By "sin" I mean, of being in the dark... of feeling angry, bitter, hopeless, inadequate, insecure, fearful, depressed, empty...He has cleansed and renewed me and has given me the Holy Spirit to remind me of everything he taught... The Holy Spirit gives us peace beyond understanding and strengthens us beyond measure! All praise and glory to the Almighty God.

John 7:37-39... On the last and greatest day of the Feast, Jesus stood and said in a loud voice, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scripture has said, steams of living water will flow from within him." By this he meant the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were later to receive. Up to that time the Spirit had not been given, since Jesus had not yet been glorified.
