Today, marks the end of the four-day grace period granted by the Entebbe Municipal Council for garbage disposal at the Katabi dumping site, following the collapse of the Kitezi landfill.
Garbage collection in Kampala has slowed down significantly, leaving piles of waste in many of the city's public spaces. 
The Kampala Capital City Authority is however uncertain about where they will dump the garbage after today, and are relying on a resolution during today's Cabinet meeting at State House, Entebbe.
