Aryan Khan Drug Case: Aryan Khan has been given a clean chit by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) in the Cordelia cruise drugs case. He has not been named in the chargesheet filed by the agency in the case along with five others.
Aryan Khan, the son of Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan, was arrested in connection with the Mumbai cruise drugs case early in October. After several court hearings, lots of drama and 26 long days in custody later, the Bombay High Court granted him bail on October 28. He finally walked out of jail on October 30.There were 10 volumes of the chargesheet which was submitted in spiral bound to the registry.On March 31, Special Judge VV Patil had granted 60 days to the agency to file the prosecution complaint or chargesheet. The agency had sought an extension of 90 days. Judge Patil heard arguments from both sides for nearly two hours before reserving his order on Wednesday.
