Weekend in Melbourne | Vibe Hotel

Welcome back to a new video. Today I’m sharing with you my staycation at Vibe Hotel.
The Vibe Hotel is located at Queens Street, this right in the heart of the city.

The hotel has several things planned for us but before we begin, I’ll be sharing with you a room tour

Next we will be having a high tea at the terrace. This is going to launch on December 4th

Elevate your afternoon tea experience on the 22nd floor where you can take in the stunning views of the Yarra River while relishing in afternoon tea, served with a Pickwick Master Tea selection & cocktail on arrival. The stylish garden theme consists of a scrumptious variety of sweet and savoury bites. $65 per person

After the high tea we will be making our way downstairs to St Marks Road Co for dinner. This is part of Vibe Hotel, and they just launched a brand new menu
Serving coffees in the morning, beers and cocktails in the evening, and good food, great music and a neighbourhood feel around the clock.

We tried a few items on the menu
Saffron & Corn Risotto buttered corn risotto, charred corn, whipped mascarpone, and basil

Tamarind Glazed Chicken Supreme herb marinated chicken breast with red onion jam, petit salad, and pepper jus

White Chocolate & Vanilla Panna Cotta ginger cake, meringue, tuile, mango sorbet & white chocolate pearls

Brule Pineapple sous vide, torched pineapple with custard, pineapple sorbet, wafers, & meringue



We also had breakfast there following morning

Berry Waffle berry coulis, mixed fresh berries, whipped vanilla cream, salted caramel popcorn, macadamia crumbs & freeze-dried raspberries
