She thanked the diaspora for its contribution to primary healthcare through the 'Adopt a Clinic' programme, where 47 percent of the support came from Jamaicans overseas. Minister Johnson Smith indicated that the expansion of local healthcare could provide credible employment opportunities for Jamaicans currently living abroad.
