If you feel your low face is starting to droop down, if the jawline is losing its sharp contour and the mouth corners are pulling down creating jowls, then these moves are for you!

The exercises I’m going to show create lift in the low cheek, chin and neck muscles and by toning the underlying muscles of the face, we are tightening the skin, improving blood circulation and bringing in more collagen, thus creating more lift in the whole of the low face.

The face muscles are like body muscles (albeit a bit smaller) - if we don’t work them, they get lazy, they lengthen and start too succumb to gravity. So train your muscles with me in this video! Make sure your skin is moisturised before you start.
