BIG MUFF comparison Triangle PI vs Ram's Head PI

Описание к видео BIG MUFF comparison Triangle PI vs Ram's Head PI

This is a comparison of two electro-harmonix Big Muffs, a Triangle PI and a Ram's Head.

I created a piece of music to demonstrate the Big Muffs on rhythm guitar, bass guitar and lead guitar.

I kept the VOLUME control at 12 o'clock and varied the TONE control at four different SUSTAIN levels. More sustain is added through the video until the SUSTAIN is at full at the end.

There is a second rhythm guitar part (at 01:26 and 03:33) that is not going through the Big Muffs. You can use this to guage how much the Big Muffs are changing the guitar sound as this is the same guitar / amp sound that is going into them (but playing a different part).

I used a fender USA stratocaster into a Marshall JTM-45 for the Big Muff parts and a fender mexican jazz bass DI'd.

00:00 Introduction
00:17 Rhythm guitar, low SUSTAIN
01:09 Bass guitar, low SUSTAIN
01:26 Rhythm guitar, medium SUSTAIN
01:41 Lead guitar, medium SUSTAIN
02:13 Loop restarts
02:25 Rhythm guitar, high SUSTAIN
03:17 Bass guitar, high SUSTAIN
03:33 Rhythm guitar, full SUSTAIN
03:49 Lead guitar, full SUSTAIN
