1. Eligibility Criteria
Before you begin, ensure you meet the following requirements:

Age: You must be at least 18 years old.  
Vehicle: You need to own or have access to a two-wheeler (bike), auto-rickshaw, or car in good working condition. The vehicle's model should generally be from 2009 or newer (this might vary slightly depending on your city).  
Driving License: You must possess a valid driving license for the vehicle you intend to drive commercially. For bikes, a two-wheeler license is mandatory.  
Vehicle Documents: Your vehicle must have a valid Registration Certificate (RC), insurance, and a Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate.  
Smartphone: You'll need an Android smartphone with a working internet connection (at least 3G) to use the Rapido Captain app.  
Other Documents:
Aadhaar Card or any other valid government-issued ID proof for verification.  
PAN Card for identity and tax-related purposes.  
Bank account details or UPI ID to receive payments.
Two helmets (one for you and one for the passenger) if you plan to offer bike rides.  
2. Registration Process: Step-by-Step Guide
The primary way to register as a Rapido Captain is through the Rapido Captain mobile application. Here's how to do it:  

Download the Rapido Captain App: Go to the Google Play Store (for Android) or the Apple App Store (for iOS) and search for "Rapido Captain: Drive & Earn." Download and install the app.  
Open the App and Sign Up:
Tap on "Get Started" or a similar option.
Select your preferred language.
Enter your mobile number and create a password. You'll receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to verify your number.  
Enter Personal Details: Fill in your basic personal information, such as your name, address, date of birth, and city. Ensure the details match your official documents.
Upload Required Documents: The app will prompt you to upload clear copies or photos of the following documents:
Driving License (front and back).
Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC).
Vehicle Insurance papers.
PUC Certificate.
Aadhaar Card or other government ID proof.
PAN Card.
Upload Vehicle Photos (if applicable): You might need to upload photos of your bike, auto, or car from different angles, clearly showing its condition and the registration number plate.  
Bank Account/UPI Details: Provide your bank account details or UPI ID where you want to receive your earnings.
Training Session (if required): In some cases, Rapido might require you to attend a short online or in-person training session. This session will cover app usage, customer service guidelines, and safety measures.
Vehicle Inspection (if required): Rapido might conduct a physical inspection of your vehicle to ensure it meets their safety standards. You might need to take photos as instructed or visit a designated inspection center.
Account Activation: Once your documents are verified and you've completed any required training or vehicle inspection, your Rapido Captain account will be activated. You will receive a confirmation via SMS or through the app.
3. Going Online and Earning
Log in to the App: Open the Rapido Captain app and log in using your registered mobile number and password.
Go "On Duty": Toggle the "On Duty" button in the app to start receiving ride requests from customers near your location.
Accept Rides: You'll receive notifications for ride requests. You can choose to accept or decline them based on your convenience.
Complete Rides: Follow the in-app navigation to reach the customer's pickup location, start the ride once the customer is in your vehicle, and end the ride at their destination. The fare will be calculated automatically by the app.
Receive Payments: Earnings are usually credited to your linked bank account or UPI ID on a weekly basis. You can track your earnings in the app.
