She shakes nonstop because she has a condition called cerebellar hypoplasia. It's a neurological condition in which the cerebellum is smaller than usual or not completely developed. The cerebellum is the portion of the brain that controls fine motor skills, balance, and coordination.

It does pose physical challenges to those who live with this condition but is not painful and doesn't get worse over time. It also doesn't make Jitterbug any less of a cat. She plays, uses the litterbox and loves to snuggle. Jitterbug shows if you are determined, life can be enjoyable despite significant challenges.
