The CITY of BATH (England), proud, elegant and shining Aristocrat. (HD 1080p)

Bath (Somerset) England. Most beautiful City in the world?...
That's what i was thinking the first time I got there for one month (and some others later) at summer vacation, as a teen. Many years after, my opinion has not changed that much... (except that the traffic looks so heavy).

The architecture of these houses and constructions (Cf City of Bath on Wikipedia), give a special colour to Bath, even if you can find it in many places all over England. In the City Center, they mainly belong to the Georgian style. Georgian style has been named after George I to George V Kings' influence. (Some are much older - Middle Age or Roman invasion, or younger - neo classicism).

Their characteristic is to have been built with a special blond/honey colored limestone (Cf "Bath stone" on Wikipedia), from quarries around.

The City of Bath is built along River Avon in the valley, but also for a very big part on different hills around. That is the reason why you can find many sloping roads in and around Bath.
