Apache the German Shepherd is wrapping up his second week of board and train at Best Paw Forward Dog Training in Perkasie, PA! 🐾 In today’s session, we focused on strengthening his obedience, attention, and ability to stay calm around distractions.

✨ Here’s what Apache worked on:
1️⃣ Place with Door – Building calm focus and reliability when the door opens and closes, helping prevent rushing or overexcitement.
2️⃣ Basics & Attention with Another Dog – Practicing sit, down, and focus exercises while another dog was nearby to proof his obedience under distraction and work on his reactivity.

Apache has been making excellent progress throughout his second week! By reinforcing his focus, obedience, and calm mindset, he’s learning how to be a more reliable and confident dog both at home and in new environments.
