In this video we will see how to make clear ice at home in tamil. Making this crystal clear ice requires a few simple steps. The first step in making clear ice is to use clean and pure water (RO water or bottled water works). The second step is to establish directional freezing. So we have to insulate the sides of the container so that ice only freezes in one direction. We have to let it freeze for 24-72 hours. If using a mold, we have to make some holes in the mold so that air bubbles and impurities can be pushed out of the clear ice as it is formed.
