Caramel Custard Filling:
-55g Caster sugar
-120ml Hot milk
-35g Milk powder
-25g Wheat starch
-2 Eggs
-40g Butter
-2g Fine salt
-Pandan leaf

Snowskin:
-25g Glutinous rice flour
-25g Rice flour
-15g Wheat starch
-15g Caster sugar
-115g Milk
-10g Condensed milk
-15g oil

Jelly:
-30g Caster sugar
-100ml Water
-3.5g Agar-agar Powder
-1/2tsp Beetroot juice
