Flavoured dehydrated chickpeas go for $7-$8 a bag, when you could make your own for a fraction of the price! Dehydrating chickpeas is an excellent winter food preservation chore, as you can find canned chickpeas in the grocery store all year long!

These guys make an excellent snack and are a much healthier choice than potato chips, but give the same satisfying crunch!

I do four different flavours in this video; apple cinnamon with brown sugar; dill, onion powder and garlic salt; and two different curry flavours. Have you done this before? What are your favourite flavours for dehydrated chickpeas?
