Much anticipated, i finally got to visit the Famous founds of the kebab game in Japan. Please read the above article from Sora news. The Akihabara store is their second store to open, i think the other is in Shibuya. The Google reviews seem mixed, but for an XXL kebab, i was not disappointed, even with the price being a little over my budget, it was definitely worth it.

Located around in the side street, not too far from JR Akihabara station, i could smell the amazing spice and kebab meat. They have BEEF, omg, finally... I saw a multiple customers eating outside and in the store. 2 levels, one for smoking and non.

I was asked to enter, and the staff are friendly and the kitchen space is small. The heat from the grills, the spice, the vibe, was amazing.

In terms of the kebab, the flavor of meat, chicken and beef was delightful. Some char, and crispy bits. It was a little cool, but not bad. The sauce is smooth, i got extra spicy, and added my nitro boost up (Tobasco scorpian) sauce. Although, it was not needed, the end result was, super spicy. Pita bread is basic, but well prepared. I found a tomato in my salad, great! I think it needs thin slices of red onion though.

My final conclusion is, Moses is definitely a shop that has credentials, history and good service. The kebab i could not fault , but there is always ways fo improving food.
