Learn about the changes in the newest 2014 National Electrical Code® (NEC) cycle with master electrician and instructor Bob Clukey from TPC Training. Learn how to navigate, use, and understand the NEC as it applies to the electrical work employees do in this evolving document. The whole NFPA series was designed to be an enforcement tool, and also to give a standard that all manufacturers, those of us who are technicians, construction persons, that way we have a standard to follow and that we can make things safer. And that's the purpose of the code is that we follow this code. Even though there are parts of that we don't understand, many of these pieces that are in there were thoroughly researched.
