Chicago Electric Generator (Part 2) - Repower and Upgrade

A local subscriber gave me this Chicago Electric generator. It no longer makes power. In part 1 we found that the rotor was shorted to ground. Lets combine parts from this Chicago Electric with a Predator generator frame and tank using a $200 Ryobi Generator powerhead to make a "Predobi Electric" generator"?

Ryobi Powerhead Parts:
Stator: 310771055
Stator Bolt x2: 660938029
Stator Nut x2: 690840002
Stator Bolt x4: 661603019
Rotor :310772056
Rotor Bolt: 661557026
Rotor Bolt Washer: 638678012

In December 2022, the price was $74 for the rotor and and $116 for the stator. Prices have since gone up. It is currently (one month later) at $104 for the rotor and $162 for the stator.
