No I’m not. I’m an anxious picker ever since I can remember. If you would have seen my fingers few years back you’d see the progress. Honestly they are a whole world better. Yes, they are scarred and no I won’t stop posting them. I have actually taught myself not to pick my photo hand 🙈 it’s progress, now just to do it with the other one. 🤣

Let’s normalise that not everyone has slender fingers, long nail beds or strong, perfectly shaped natural nails. We all have different hands and they’re all beautiful.

Comments like that don’t bother me because I know what I’ve been through and how I’ve coped, but there are people out there that may not be able to take comments like this. I know that this post won’t stop people from trolling but if it just makes one person think before they type it’s worth posting.
