Описание к видео Video Card for Arduino and DIY Computers #1: TMS9918 and Arduino on a Breadboard

The TMS9918 Video Display Processor (VDP) from Texas Instruments was a very popular video chip which was widely used in many home computers and game consoles of the 1980s.
See how I put it on a breadboard and connected It with an Arduino to tickle out its 256x192 Pixels and 15 colors as well as sprites.
