He is very stressed on the phone talking about the payment he just made and why they wanted more I couldn't help but listen to this convo going back and forth as to why they want extra payment to process hard copy paperwork. He kept mentioning he was late to work and why he needed to make another payment and not be in an installment payment plan after what he just paid. This convo was going on from Newark penn area till the helix then Lincoln Tunnel where I couldn't help it and told Him Str8 Up Hang Up the Phone Right Now. He still wanted to talk on the phone!!!! to write a check to the agent who was going to his job the next day!!!!. He finally hung up the phone I told him IRS does not call you and take payments over the Phone what did you just Do. He told me he paid them with 2 walmart giftcards total of 1500 and these Scammers wanted 1200 more to process hard copy paperwork or else face arrest and 3 years in Prison. How do people fall for this stuff is beyond me I told him call your bank cancel payment & try to call Walmart gift card and cancel as well
