RECIPE:
Mini Banana Pudding Pies (No Bake Ramekin Recipe)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
5 tablespoons melted butter
1 (5.1 oz) package instant banana pudding
3 cups milk
3 bananas, thinly sliced
Cool Whip (for topping)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Divide among 4 ramekins and press down firmly to form crusts.
Slice bananas and divide among the ramekins, reserving 4 slices for garnish.
In a large bowl, whisk pudding mix with milk until thickened. Spoon over bananas and smooth the tops.
Top each ramekin with Cool Whip, sprinkle with extra graham crumbs, and finish with a banana slice.
Chill until set and serve cold.
