A registered sex offender from San Antonio is in jail after court documents revealed he used social media to lure a 10-year-old girl away from her home to engage in sexual acts. Hays County Sheriff’s deputies arrested 24-year-old Diego Alejandro Cortez on charges of harboring a runaway child and child trafficking.
