Nagbabala si Pang. Ferdinand Marcos Jr. sa posibilidad na masusundan pa ang malawakang pagbaha na naranasan sa Metro Manila at iba pang lugar sa bansa dahil sa epekto ng climate change.

Kaugnay nito, tiniyak ng Pangulo ang pagpapatupad ng mga programa upang tugunan ang banta ng kalamidad kasabay ang panawagan sa publiko na maging responsable sa pagtatapon ng basura.
