What's your favorite breakfast in the world? Mine is something I discovered in Italy...

It's not easy to find, it's tricky to make yourself, and you can't buy it in a store. In order to eat it, you have to be in the right place and at the right time. It's not cheese, but it's made by a cheesemaker.

In this video we spent a day with an incredible Calabrian cheesemaking family to see how they make their delicious products (and to get a plate of my favorite breakfast).
