As well as new Cadets, the Army Cadet Force is also on the look out for adults with the same spirit of adventure to provide the adult instructors needed to run the organisation. The ACF offers the same opportunities to adult staff that enroll, as well as providing a hugely rewarding experience and unquestionable service to local communities.

Previous military experience is not a pre-requisite as full training is provided and there is no reserve commitment for either cadets or adult volunteers, so there is no chance of being sent on operations. Adult volunteers, like Cadets, are free to leave the organisation at any time.
