How To Make A Drawstring Bag With A Lining - Pouch Sewing Tutorial

In this video I show you have to sew your own drawstring back with a lining. These can be great to make to keep your sewing supplies in, your phone, to give away at your wedding day or even keep your tarot cards in.

To make your own drawstring bag you will need:
1 piece of main fabric and 1 piece of lining both - 19 inches by 7inches. (I have used 100% cotton for the main fabric and satin for the lining.
2 pieces of ribbon - 23 inches long.

You can actually change all of the measurements if you want to make a bigger or smaller bag. I only created this size so you can sew along with me.
