ECM Puristika Lagom P100 LU Turbo

Borrowing an ECM Puristika from a fellow geek and a set of SSP Low Uniformity burrs from another friend. Puristika's pump noise is a downer compared to the rotary of the Bianca but it produce equally tasty shots. It gives you control over important parameters temp/water debit/max pressure with the flow kit so it's pretty flexible.

Tim Wendelboe Nacimiento Pacas (Honduras) filter roast, 18g in Pullman 876 basket with chemex filter in bottom, flair screen on top. 88 deg C and water debit set close to 6g/s and pressure capped just over 6 bars.

The LU shots are tasty so far, but I'm grinding 21 microns from zero point and that's giving me turbo so it's not a traditional lower flow espresso burr. It's less intense at the same ratios compared to HU, a little less traditional taste profile, decent clarity, good sweetness, slightly slimmer body.
