There's a heap of half tone-like After Effects tutorials on Youtube. However, some are just approximations, and most only do a monochrome version. We've found one full color version by Ben Marriott, and the final outcome of his effect is really nice. However, we figured we could achieve the same effect without having to batch process hundreds of individual frames in Photoshop - so here's our take: a full color CMYK Half Tone Print emulation, entirely within After Effects, without 3rd party plugins.
