After receiving feedback from a Motorsport UK representative, any reference of 'Motorsport Court' is incorrect and should be referred as Motorsport UK Headquarters and the Motorsport UK National Court.

Our views in respect of penalties applied being a double punishment and interpretation of third party incidents are also not supported by Motorsport UK.

In the same week that Kevin Magnusson was banned from Formula One for accumulating 12 penalty points on his FIA Licence, Scott encountered the exact same fate! 🚫

Without Ryan defending him in the Motorsport UK National Court, could Scott possibly retrieve his licence in time for the next race? 🙈
