When we got started in the early 1990s, the lack of child care availability was the most urgent problem to tackle. Today we concentrate on the ability of employees to perform well at work. In partnership with our customers, we developed our homecare-eldercare programs to support employees and their care-dependent family members.

Today we operate more than 70 facilities all over Germany, including kindergartens, day nurseries, back-up centers, family day nurseries and after-school care centers. Our concepts are widely recognized and are imitated by numerous other institutions. Our own "back-up center" model has become well-known and widely distributed.

Since 2000 we have also offered Life Coaching: professional advice and support for all manner of situation that can occur over the course of a lifetime. As can be seen from this brief history, we have consistently pursued the path to becoming a provider of complete employee support solutions. With the expansion of our range of services and cooperative efforts in health care management, we are continuing along this path to offer support in dealing with problems that stem from the increase in working years and the concomitant psychological stress on both work and family life.
