Cook the perfect bone-in ribeye steak in your Pit Barrel Cooker! Top it off with board dressing and you're in steak heaven!

FYI: I used the PBJ (Pit Barrel Junior) for this cook. Just like the regular unit but a little smaller.
TOTAL COOK TIME WAS 1 HOUR AND 5 MINUTES.

Board dressing: Combine 1/4 cup olive oil, juice and zest of one lemon, 2 sprigs rosemary,2 gloves minced garlic and salt and pepper. Combine and let rest for 10 minutes before using.

The Steak was 123 degrees internally when I pulled it off the pit. I let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
