The Leg Extensions is an excellent exercise to train the Quadriceps with significant overload. However, for some it can cause problems related to knee problems, such as the Patella. Without that, it is highly recommended to build on the thigh muscle. A basic is four sets of 12 repetitions.

Sit on the bench in such a way that the edge just touches the back of your knees, so that you can continue to move them smoothly at a 90-degree angle. The roller that is pressed upwards may be just above the foot at the level of the ankles. With the toes pointing upwards, perform the movement upwards for 1 second and eccentrically for 2 seconds.
