The 2023 Summer Event Strategies and Announcement | Forge of Empires

The Summer Event is returning to Forge of Empires, a lot earlier than usual! However, it cuts none of the swashbuckling fun, in fact it removes the largely despised wheel that you would have to spin! In its place, we have something rather similar to the 2022 Winter Event, where you have to flip tiles to get rewards, complete with treasure maps, calendar keys, and an event pass. In this video, we cover it all, from strategies to grand prize progress to help you achieve the event building.

The brand new building, the Trading Post, can be golden-upgraded to the Buccaneer's Bay, which will produce many more resources. You'll also get a shot at three new 1x1 buildings: the Paradise Rose, Hidden Goods, and PY-R8 Marauder, as well as three more new buildings: the Cartographer's House, Skull Cave, and Viceroy's Villa (a gold upgrade for the Governor's Villa). On top of that, there's several new items, including 100%, 200%, and even 300% attack and defense boosts for defending armies that only last 30 minutes and a brand new epic selection kit.
