When Bach decides to let the left hand steal the show!✨ Here's a sequence I took apart and tried to put back together again in a playful way. The passage is m. 36-41, a circle of fifths sequence from Sinfonia No. 11 in G-minor, BWV 797 (ca. 1720-23) by J.S. Bach. I just love how the left hand suddenly surges with 16th notes!🎶

Note: In hindsight, perhaps it might have been more effective, in the third excerpt, for me to have played the entire left hand part for m. 40. I did, however, play the entire pattern in the fourth and final excerpt.
