Hurricane Hilary barrelling towards southern California

Hurricane Hilary is currently a Category 4 storm and is barreling toward the West Coast. A tropical storm watch has been issued for southern California for the first time. Meanwhile, at least three tornadoes have touched down in New England. NBC News’ Antonia Hylton has the latest weather updates.
