Le Petit Pantheon is the first of a series of volumes dedicated to exploring Moebius’ most famous characters. Each book will focus on a specific one or, in some cases, a group of characters.
Both in French and English, this book explores the birth and developments of the Arzach character through the years, from its origins during the Heavy Metal magazine years, to Starwatcher, to the shaman in 40 days in desert B, Ark-the-one, the reptilian alien with the pointy hat, and lastly to Arzach the surveyor, the first chapter in a trilogy left incomplete by Moebius right before his death.
