This presentation was recorded to share the preliminary results, current status, and future direction of the Collaborative Efficiency Index (CEI) Pilot Study, conducted under the auspices of the University of Phoenix College of Doctoral Studies’ Center for Educational and Instructional Technology Research (CEITR) Labs with Institutional Review Board (IRB) approval. The University of Phoenix, sponsor of the annual Knowledge Without Boundaries (KWB) Research Summit, provides the research infrastructure that makes this work possible.

In this session, Dr. LauraAnn Migliore presents insights from the Collaborative Efficiency Index (CEI) Pilot Study, a University of Phoenix–affiliated research initiative exploring how AI-integrated learning teams can enhance collaboration, self-efficacy, and meaningful outcomes in virtual platforms for both higher education and workforce development.
