That’s a wrap on Read Across America Week 2025, and I seriously could not have asked for a better way to end it!!✨📓💖

This morning, I had the absolute best time reading to all the kindergarten students at Archdale Elementary! They were SO attentive, asked the most thoughtful questions, and one sweet student even drew me a picture!🥹💖

I kept the Taylor Swift streak going and read her book again—because let’s be real, if you’re gonna learn about someone’s life, why not the biggest pop star of our generation?! 🎤✨ AND I made sure every kindergarten class got to keep a copy! 💌

On top of that, I read Mine-O-saurus (thanks to the Dolly Parton’s 📚💖), a story about a little dinosaur who did not like to share but learned a very valuable life lesson. I may or may not have used my best dinosaur voice while reading it… 🦖😂

AND—because I can never resist—I had to participate in the Take a Book, Leave a Book outside the school! If you know me, you know I’m stopping anytime I see one!!📓✨

One of the biggest highlights of my day? Getting to see one of the absolute sweetest and most caring teachers, Maggie Brown!! She was actually one of the first people I met in the Miss America Organization, and one thing I LOVE about this organization is the friendships and connections that truly last a lifetime. 💕 Maggie, THANK YOU for letting me come read to your adorable class—I had the best time!!

And to ALL the teachers who welcomed me into their classrooms this week—you guys are absolute superstars! 🤩💖 Thank you for all you do!

And of course, to the students—y’all brought the ENERGY, even at 8 in the morning! I love it. 🤣💖
