This magnificent Portuguese colonial-style mansion, built in 1938, is located in the very chic and quiet neighborhood of Urca in Rio de Janeiro, just 100 meters from the seaside.

It is surrounded on 2 sides by a small garden of 148m2, with a part closed by a large gate, in which it is possible to enter a car.

The house itself, with an area of 158m2, consists of an entrance hall, a hallway leading to a dining room, a living room, a large closet and a large kitchen, and at the bottom of a stone staircase leading 3 good-sized bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and a balcony for two of them.
