Back in March I planted lots of potatoes in containers at the allotment garden. We harvested some last month, but there are some red skinned potatoes which I had completely forgotten I'd planted! so this is a bit of a surprise potato reveal!

When I planted these potatoes in 30 litre buckets, I used Growmoor compost, some well rotted horse manure, blood fish and bone, Vitax potato fertilizer, and strulch mulch. I planted x2 seed potatoes per bucket, and these seed potatoes are my own saved seed.
The varieties of potato we are harvesting today are a mixture of Java and Setanta. Wonderful varieties.

But... how did they actually do?! good or bad?
