New Excursion, Lots of Smoke, & More! Chasing FRR 1802 on The Medina RR Museum Early Bird Express!

On 7/13, me, ‪@BuffaloSouthernrailfan‬, & ‪@buffalo716railran‬ would venture east to Medina, New York to chase the Medina Railroad Museum's new Early Bird Express excursion over the Falls Road Railroad. The Museum would operate this new excursion utilizing their two first class cars along with their generator car. In charge of the train on this beautiful summer morning was Falls Road Railroad Alco RS-11 1802, which has recently returned to service from being damaged in an accident. We would first set up our cameras at the Genesee Street Crossing in Medina where after a long delay due to some air leakage, the train would finally shove into the Museum and then head west. We would chase the train all the way to Lockport and back making this a full-on chase! Stay tuned for part 2 coming out early next week!
