Adelboden in the Swiss Alps

Description: Welcome to the “Digital Scrapbook” of our 2023 Anniversary trip to Europe. We’re celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary with a European adventure. The tenth episode of this series has us visiting Adelboden, a quaint ski village in the Swiss Alps. During our stay in Adelboden we stayed at the prestigious Cambrian Hotel. We spent the mornings visiting various points of interest in and around Adelboden. The afternoons were spent relaxing at the pool and spa in the hotel. We had four outings one per day. The first full day we took the gondola up to Tschentenalp, tried the Giant swing and hiked back down the mountain. The second day we visited the beautiful water fall Engstligenfälle. The third day we hiked to Cholerenschlucht and the last day we hiked and enjoyed the Alpine Garden, Alpengarten Höreli.
