In a previous video, I made bread using King Arthur GF Pizza flour. The taste was a little off and I think the flour can’t tolerate overnight fermentation. 1 tsp Salt

Buttery GF Bread
284g Water (100°F)
2 Large Eggs
28g (2 Tbs) Butter
12g (1 Tbs) Sugar
14g (1Tbs) White Vinegar
2 tsp Instant Yeast
1 tsp Salt
360g (3 Cups) KA GF Bread Flour
