Pretty good support even for sensitive skin product
Bought to help support 8 month pregnant belly. I have sensitive skin and have used the heavier kt tape with no issues, but this tape actually irritated my skin a bit. Then adhesion was good as long as you didn’t touch the adhesive at all before putting it where you wanted it. If you needed to adjust the position you might as well just get a new tape strip because the used one isn’t going to stay out. The support was decent, of course lighter because it’s for sensitive skin but still adequate.
